Bruno Bazile original comic art

Bruno Bazile was born in Saint-Nazare. He developed an early interest in comics and enrolled at the Faculty to Plastic Arts in Rennes. He was an apprentice at Jean-Claude Fournier's atelier, and drew for children's publications like Mikado and Fripounet between 1985 and 1992. He teamed up with Michel Plessix to create 'Les Forell', a series of which two books were published by Dargaud in 1997 and 1998. Bazile turned to a semi-realistic style for his book 'Les Faussaires', which he wrote and drew for Hors Collection in 2001.
