Nie Chongruie original comic art

Nie Chongrui was born in Calcutta, India, in 1943. His family settled in Shangai in 1946 and Beijing in 1953. He worked as a car mecanic since 1964, while developing his drawing skills in his spare time. He became art director of an animation studio in 1979 and also enrolled at the University of Fine Arts in the Chinese capitol in 1984.
