Great page, from the 70's, not sure when it was published.
Since I don't speak French, I translated the text in Google - not all is clear to me!
I understand the story, but 2 parts I don't understand what it means (see question marks; meaning of 'Chrissante' & what has MLF to do with it).

French men and women, these are serious times, we are going to take drastic measures

Bunch of jokers! Petrol is too expensive, it's not too soon, at the rate we ate it, we were going to die.
We are going to change our life, it could be the beginning of a great era!
Panel 4
It must be taken with a scientific spirit and fun!
A human body at 37 (celc.) emits radiation
if he wants to avoid getting cold he insulates his body with clothes
the radiation stays inside the body.
Another solution to avoid getting cold is to place the man in a heat-insulated enclosure lined internally with a reflective layer: climbing (‘Chissante?’???)
