Jimmy Palmiotti has been called a Renaissance man of comics, for his great productivity and versatility. He has been active in comics since the late 1980s, co-creating many great titles such as 'Ash', 'Painkiller Jane', 'Kid Death and Fluffy', 'Gatecrasher', '21 Down', 'Spygirls' and 'The Resistance'.
