Nuit blanche - sérigraphie

Brussels-born comic artist Olivier Neuray studied graphic arts at La Cambre, and then spent three years at the comics atelier of the Institut Saint-Luc. He worked for the fanzine Synopsis, and had a first short story published in Spirou in 1986. Together with Yann, he created the series 'Nuit Blanche', about the life of a Russian officer after the Bolshevist revolution. Five books were published by Glénat between 1989 and 1997. During the same period, he was active as an advertising graphic designer and children's book illustrator ('La Balade du Sommeil' in 1999). He created the modern thriller series 'Makabi' with writer Luc Brunschwig in the Repérages collection of Dupuis from 2002 to 2007. The series was reprinted and continued at Éditions Bamboo under the title 'Lloyd Singer' after the fourth book. The art duties of the series were continued by Olivier Martin from 2012. Neuray made the social chronicle 'Les Quasi' with VaL for Glénat in 2011, before teaming up Valérie Lemaire to create the historical series 'Les Cosaques d'Hitler' (2013-14) and a series about the Cambridge Five (2015), both at Casterman.
