Long before I ever owned a piece of original art - I had collected comic art prints, portfolios and lithos. A Bad night for Ninjas was a 2 piece set - fully painted by Jim Lee.
In 1989, a small company called First Team Press produced a series of limited edition lithos by some of the greatest artists around. Some of the others included Bob Kane, Garcia Lopez, Curt Swan, Michael Kaluta and Charles Vess.
Although everyone knew/knows of Jim Lee as a master penciller - he was pretty handy with a brush too. It's too bad there are not a ton of paintings out there by him.
