Druillet Philippe -1975 - La Nuit; 65 x 51 cm, matted part- left under panel torn (matted away)

La Nuit
In 1975 and 1976, Philippe Druillet drew "La Nuit'", a cry of revolt created during and after his first wife's illness and followed death from cancer. This dark and violent story taking place in a post apocalyptic world was published in Rock and Folk.
This album is considered by many as the masterpiece of Drulliet work.
India ink and felt-tip pen for this page measuring 51 x 65 cm. (19.7 x 25.6 in.). Unfortunately page is torn out down on the left – so part of that panel is missing and was matted out.
