John Buscema pencils/Bob Camp inks; page 3; 1985; image size 10" x 15"

Three unlucky soldiers stumble upon Tetra, which is unfortunate for them. Beautifully drawn by Buscema and Camp. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition. Signed by Camp.

Artists Information

'The Michelangelo of comics.' Buscema was one of the mainstays of Marvel Comics during its 1960s and 1970s heyday, best known for his run on the The Avengers and The Silver Surfer, and for over 200 stories featuring the sword-and-sorcery hero Conan the Barbarian. In addition, he penciled at least one issue of nearly every major Marvel title, including long runs on two of the company's top books, Fantastic Four and Thor.

Camp is best known for his work on the TV series Ren & Stimpy, he got his start at Marvel in the 80s working on Conan the Barbarian, G.I. Joe, Crazy Magazine and other. He is now teaching at SVA.

John Buscema est un dessinateur de comics américain. Il fut dans les années 1970 l'un des principaux dessinateurs de la Marvel Comics et sut assurer grâce à son talent le succès de nombreuses séries parmi lesquelles : les Vengeurs, le Surfer d'Argent et Wolverine. Mais trouvant peu de plaisir dans le dessin des super-héros, John Buscema ne s'est jamais aussi parfaitement bien exprimé qu'en animant des personnages d'heroic fantasy comme Conan le Barbare.
