Original cover for Achtung Zelig!, considered the most important Polish comic on the Holocaust. The album presents a surreal vision of World War II, depicting the German invasion of Poland and the attempt to “replace” native wildlife with species imported from the Reich (source: Goethe-Institut).

Praised for its exceptional graphic design and innovative approach to a difficult subject, Achtung Zelig! has received recognition both in Poland and internationally. It is listed in Paul Gravett’s prestigious 1001 Comics You Must Read Before You Die.
