Silvio Camboni studied at the Liceo Artistico Statale in Cagliari, where he got his degree in 1985. He began to study at the Faculty of Architecture in 1988. At the same time, he started out drawing Disney comics for Topolino. He has also cooperated on the Danish Disney publisher Egmont. He founded the Sardinian School of comics in 1998, and launched the sports magazine La Caggetta the same year. In 1999, he graphically created 'Baby Legs' at Bonelli. While also working as an illustrator, Camboni drew 'Le Vin Illustré en Bande Dessinée' and 'Le Foot Illustré en Bande Dessinée' with scripts by Mo/CDM at La Sirène.
