Marshall Rogers was the artist of several superhero comics. He was born in Flushing, NY in 1950, and began his career in comics in the late 1970s. He had his first success with DC's 'Batman' (scripts Steve Englehart, around 1978) and Marvel's 'Doctor Strange' (scripts by Roger Stern, 1981 to 1984).
