Largo Winch is a fictional character, the eponymous hero of novels and a comic book series, created by the Belgian writer Jean Van Hamme.
Nerio Winch, an old businessman at the head of a ten billion dollar financial empire, decides to secretly adopt a Yugoslavian orphan named Largo to ensure the continuity of his group.
When Nerio is murdered, Largo, aged twenty-six, inherits his entire fortune and finds himself at the head of the W Group.
