Icar original comic art

Franck Picard is a French comic artist, who has worked under pseudonyms like Francard and Icar. Picard, who has suffered from hearing loss since birth, attended several schools for the deaf, but has managed to study Fine Arts in Rouen and Applied Arts in Paris, where he got degrees in drawing (1987) and interior architecture (1989).
