Emmanuel Cassier is a self-taught comic artist and illustrator from Livernon, in the south-west of France. He holds a degree in Plastic Arts, and made his modest debut as the colorist of the self-published book 'Le disparu de Saint-Cirq-Lapopie' by Joël Polomski. In 2012, he drew the World War I crime comic 'Gueules Cassées', that was written by Weissengel and published by Cleopas. Cassier has also made some commissioned comics in cooperation with Jérôme Piot, such as 'Le Territoire du Drac' for the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park in 2014.
