Description

Original pencil and ink illustration from Al Williamson's personal collection. The illustration shows a warrior encountering a ferocious gorilla in the brush of the jungle, while the other side of cardboard is filled with renderings of people and animals. Ink over graphite on both sides of a 23" x 14.5" Bristol board.

Ilustración original a lápiz y tinta procedente de la colección personal de Al Williamson. La ilustración muestra a un guerrero enfrentándose a un feroz gorila en la maleza de la jungla, mientras que la otra cara de la lámina está llena de representaciones de personas y animales. Lápiz y tinta por ambos lados sobre lámina Bristol de 58,40 x 36,80 cm (23 x 14,5 pulgadas). Ligero desgaste por manipulación, pero en excelente estado de conservación.

Unsigned and undated, but due to its unmistakable style and theme (which refer us to his fantasy series from the 70s Haxtur, Mathai-Dor and Haggarth), it is clearly an artwork done by Víctor de la Fuente.
