かつて香港の黒社会の組織「黒竜幇」の手によって滅ぼされた 紅龍幇 通称「龍一族」の生き残り、「龍英傑」による復讐の物語。Manga author Ryo Kurashina has created many hit works in the Neon Town genre, such as "Mirror of a Villain" and "Empress."
When he was still under the name of his predecessor, "Si Kei," he wrote "The Legend of the Dragon," a tale of revenge set in the underworld.
The story is about the revenge of the "Dragon Hero," a survivor of the Red Dragon Gang, commonly known as the "Dragon Clan," who were wiped out by the Hong Kong underworld organization, the "Black Dragon Gang."
