Description

What an awesome splash from one of my favorite, though short lived, titles from the 70’s. I loved Super Villain Team-Up because it either had Namor or Dr. Doom or both. This splash was very memorable from the run as it featured the Sub-Mariner, in his very retro all black tights.
Here, we don’t just have one of his enemies, but three of his most formidable: Attuma, Tiger Shark, and, the dorkiest of all, Dr. Dorcas.

About Sal Buscema

Sal Buscema (Silvio Buscema) is a comic book artist. In the mid-1960s, he began inking the plates of his brother John Buscema, who was hired by Stan Lee for Marvel Comics in 1966. He then left this role and became a draughtsman for a number of Marvel series, in particular Captain America.
