About Bryan Hitch
Bryan Hitch started drawing professionally when he was sixteen years old. His first published work was on Marvel UK titles like 'Transformers' and 'Action Force'. He later worked on other titles for the company such as 'Doctor Who', 'Mys-Tech Wars' and 'Death's Head'. In the late 1980s and early 1990s he worked for Marvel and DC in the USA, among others on 'She-Hulk'.
When Marvel UK closed down, he did some artwork for Valiant Comics, before returning to Marvel. Working most of the time with inker Paul Neary, Hitch has illustrated titles like 'X-Men vs. Brood', 'Excalibur' and 'Fantasic Four' for Marvel, and 'Stormwatch' for Wildstorm. Hitch is co-creator of 'The Authority' with Warren Ellis at Wildstorm and 'The Ultimates' with Mark Millar at Marvel. In addition, he has illustrated several 'JLA' titles in 2000-01 and started a run on 'Captain America: Reborn' with Ed Brubaker in 2009.
