About Philippe Sternis

Philippe Sternis made his comic debut in 1974, when his first stories appeared in Record magazine. Together with writer Patrick Cothias, he created 'Snark Saga' and 'Trafic' in Okapi. He collaborated on the series 'Les Grandes Batailles de l'Histoire', from the publisher Larousse. In 1985, Sternis started the strip 'Memory' in Circus, and in 1993, he published the album 'Solo, Lignes de Fuite' (written by Claude Carré) at Dargaud. For Vents d'Ouest, Sternis created 'Pyrénée' in cooperation with Régis Loisel, as well as 'Robinson'. Text (c) Lambiek
