Libres, rebelles, sans loi, les membres de la famille Johnson résistent à l’oppression du rêve américain depuis 3 siècles. Ils semblent presque immortels… mais quand, 25 ans après sa disparition au Vietnam, Story Johnson rentre aux USA et se lance sur les traces de sa mémoire perdue, il va découvrir que pas mal de cousins sont manquants.

Planche 22 du #10 : Kid Gloves vient de pendre son demi-frère Story Johnson et tire une balle dans la tête de Shérif John Law. Tout semble aller au plus mal…

La série a été publiée en 19 comic books par Vertigo de 2000 à 2002 (#10 publié en 2001) et republiée en un volume en noir et blanc sous couverture souple par Desperado / Image Comics en 2006.

About Goran Parlov

Goran Parlov (born March 14, 1967) is a Croatian comic book artist. Goran Parlov graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1991 and soon moved to Italy. Parlov began drawing comics professionally in the early 90s, after moving to Italy. His first published work was in the Ken Parker Magazine, where he drew an episode of the regular series and a short story, written by Giancarlo Berardi. In 1993 Parlov joined Bonelli, where he started out illustrating the Nick Raider series, and later moved on to the Magico Vento. In the early 2000s he began working for the American market, first at Vertigo, where he finished Jamie Delano's Outlaw Nation series for Goran Sudžuka. He subsequently did a fill-in arc at Y: The Last Man, and later did work for Marvel.
