I read this story serialized as "Los Hombrecitos" on the spanish Spirou Magazine when a kid and really loved it. This is from the very beginning of the story, when the city is flooded and they have to rescue the aircrafts (wich always reminded me to Franquin's zorglumobiles). Appearance of all the main characters of the series on reduced size! Drawn and first published on Spirou magazine 1685 p.48 (1969).

Pierre Seron est un auteur de bande dessinée belge. Dessinateur au style très inspiré par André Franquin, il est surtout connu pour sa série de science-fiction humoristique Les Petits Hommes, lancée en 1967 dans l'hebdomadaire belge Spirou.
