About Pablo Auladell

Pablo Auladell is a Spanish freelance illustrator, born in Alicante in 1972. He studied painting and created the comic book 'El camino del titiritero', which was published in the collection Solysombra by Spanish editorial Edicions De Ponent. It won him a nomination for best Comic Artist in the Salon del Comic Barcelona 2002. He got the Second Best Illustrated Book for Children Award in 2005 from the Spanish Ministry of Culture and the Best New Talented Author Award in the Saló del Cómic de Barcelona 2006 for the graphic novel 'La Torre Blanca', published in France by Actes Sud L'An2. He has since released such books as 'La feria abandonada' (Barbara Fiore, 2013), 'La leyenda del Santo Bebedor' (Zorro Rojo, 2014), 'La puerta de los pájaros' (Impedimenta, 2014) and 'El Paraíso perdido' (Sexto Piso, 2015), that was based on John Milton's 'Paradise Lost'.
