Description
Krazy Kat strip by George Herriman, published on 22 December 1919.
The artist enjoyed playing with clichéd sayings, and this one riffs to joyously bizarre effect on the old saying, "Two heads are better than one."
Ignatz Mouse is always on the lookout for an excuse to throw a brick (or a rock, in this instance) at Krazy Kat's noggin, and the Kat gives him ample reason in this delightful example. The extra-wide spacing between panels, as seen here, is an unusual design touch.
