The third page in a four page sequence in the second Kelly Green album.
Comment
Stan Drake was an avid golfer and drew illustrations for Golf Digest and a golf book. So one can imagine he was especially enthusiastic when he got to draw a four page golf sequence in the second Kelly Green album. We can even speculate that he persuaded his buddy Leonard Starr to include some golfing in the story.
In this page there are two separate dramas - a botched dog kidnapping and two golfers playing at night with a luminous golfball. The paths will be crossed in the next page.
The portrait in the last panel was used as cover illustration when this story was serialized for the first time in Pilote July 1982.
