Fabulous Valérian & Laureline page (p34 of 48) from one of the greatest teams in comics, Jean-Claude Mézières and Pierre Christin. This is from the 6th book « L’Ambassadeur des Ombres » (1975), which was later turned into a big-budget movie by Luc Besson, „Valérian er la Cité des Milles Planètes“ (2017).

About Jean-Claude Mézières
Jean-Claude Mézières is a French comic strip artist and illustrator. He is the father of the science fiction series Valérian et Laureline, with a childhood friend, Pierre Christin (scriptwriter), and his sister, Évelyne Tranlé (colourist). Mézières has received international recognition through a number of prestigious awards.
