Description
Early Jaime Hernandez Love and Rockets page from 1983 featuring wrestling champion turned national icon Rena Titañon.
I prefer Jaime's later style but this page was irresistible for how it captures Jaime's developing writing and artistic style. The penultimate panel stands out, of course, but Jaime sets up the effect of that brightly lit panel beautifully with panel after panel draped in shadow.
