Corrado Roi, in his extensive Dylan Dog production, has reinterpreted some of the historical covers of the regular series previously drawn by Villa and Stano.
More precisely, the artist has offered his own personal vision for the first 100 albums featuring the bearded version of the character (originally starring in the albums sequence 401-406); in a handful of scattered issues, judged the most significant among the more than 450 published to date, he has instead tried his hand at the classic version of the protagonist.
This cover, with the classic version of the character, refers to the unforgettable issue number 25 ‘MORGANA’ and is certainly, in terms of effectiveness of representation and subjects depicted, one of the most important in this particular section of the artist's production.

A propos de Corrado Roi
Corrado Roi démarre sa carrière à seize ans avec l'éditeur StudiOriga pour lequel il dessine " Rick Zero", personnage de science-fiction créé par Graziano Origa et publié dans le magazine hebdomadaire "Adamo" de Editoriale Corno.
Il a également travaillé avec Editrice Si et Il Monello avant de commencer, au milieu des années 80, une collaboration avec l'éditeur Bonelli pour lequel il dessine les séries "Mister No" et "Martin Mystère". Pour le même Bonelli il s'attaque ensuite à la série "Dylan Dog" dont il dévient l'un des dessinateurs vedettes au point où on lui confie la réalisation des couvertures du titre "Dylan Dog Granderistampa".
En 1993, avec d'autres artistes, il réalise " I volti segreti di Tex" pour les éditions Lo Scarabeo. Jusqu'en 2005, toujours pour Bonelli, il dessine "Brendon" et aussi "Julia , "Magico Vento" et "Dampyr". Roi travaille également dans la même période pour d'autres éditeurs comme Comic Art et Arnoldo Mondadori Editore.
En 2014 il participe à une nouvelle série parallèle au titre "Nathan Never" (Les grandes histoires de Nathan Never) illustrant, en tandem avec Davide Rigamonti, l'épisode "I giorni della maschera". En Juin de la même année , il publie également un "Texone" (nom donné à l'ensemble des publications sur le personnage de Tex Willer), sur un scénario de Pasquale Ruju.
