Tibet drew this character from the Chick Bill series at the Strip-3-Daagse festival 1988 in Den Haag, the Netherlands. Also signed by scriptwriter André-Paul Duchâteau.

About Tibet
Gilbert Gascard, who used the pseudonym Tibet, was one of the classic artists of Tintin magazine and creator of the famous series 'Chick Bill' and 'Ric Hochet'.
