About Dejan Nenadov
Dejan Nenadov was born in Novi Sad. He graduated from the department of painting from the Academy of Arts and began drawing comics from his father's scripts in the early 1980s. He is best known for his series of short comics about 'El Azaru', which were collected in an album published by Jakim Puskas. Nenadov published his work in publications like Stripoteca, Spunk, Omladinske Novine and Yu Strip.
Nenadov has been working for French publishers since 2008. He succeeded Bojan Kovacevic as the artist of the 'Arcanes' series and drew five new books for Delcourt from scripts by Jean-Pierre Pécau until 2012. Since 2011, he is the artist of the series 'Ys la légende' for Jean-Luc Istin's Soleil Celtic label. He lives and works in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
