About Dominique Rousseau

After studying cinema, Dominique Rousseau published his first comics and illustrations in B.D., Charlie Hebdo and Hara-Kiri in 1978. For the first version of Charlie Mensuel, he created 'L'Incroyable Affaire de la Valse Sanglante', followed by 'E Pericoloso Sporgersi'. In 1982, for the new version of Charlie Mensuel, he took over the artwork of the 'Condor' series, working from scenarios by Jean-Pierre Autheman. Dominique Rousseau has also illustrated numerous comic adaptations for Je Bouquine. Apart from being a comic artist, Dominique Rousseau is a jazz musician and a theater performer. Text (c) Lambiek
