Punished to command the soldiers of Fort Ñandú Quebrado, a miserable and isolated outpost on the edge of the Argentine desert, Commander Prado, known to the indigenous people as "Cara de Cali," must confront the raids of Chief Raimú, a valiant pampa warrior who suffered the death of his brother Narcó at the hands of Prado himself, to whom he has vowed the edge of his lance. After several clashes without quarter given or asked for, Prado and Raimú reach a point of no return, forcing them to risk everything in a duel to the death. With sheer courage, both warriors fight before their men, a fierce battle that ends with the death of both brave men. The development of this character, with a script by Hector Oesterheld and drawings by César Spadari, is presented in a long and unique adventure that begins in issue No. 782 (11/11/63) and ends in issue No. 793 (23/1/64) of the weekly magazine Misterix.- (L.R)
