José Roosevelt, painter and draughtsman of Brazilian origins, lives in Switzerland since the 1990s. He is a professional artist from 1978 and several expositions of his work have been held in several Brazilian and European cities. Roosevelt worked on his first comic, 'La Ville', from 1983 to 1986, when he lived in Ubatuba, a village near the Atlantic Ocean. He completed this comic in Switzerland. He also took on the 'L'Horloge' fantasy series. Text (c) Lambiek
