About Carlos Giménez
Carlos Giménez is a Spanish comic strip artist. He is best known for his autobiographical comic strips, published from the 1970s onwards, recounting his childhood at boarding school (Paracuellos), his adolescence and the life of Barcelona's comic strip artists (Los Profesionales). Paracuellos won him the Alfred for Best Album at the 1981 Angoulême Festival and the Heritage Prize at the 2010 Angoulême Festival.
