The book, and story titled "Arrivals and Departures", was written by CARL POTTS. The art is by artist BILL REINHOLD , penciler and inker of Marvel, DC, Dark Horse Comics, and more.
Parts of the story art were also used on the front and back cover.

About Bill Reinhold
Reinhold is a 1982 graduate of the American Academy of Art in downtown Chicago.
Reinhold has been drawing and inking comic books professionally since 1981. He's done work most notably for First Comics, Marvel Comics, and DC Comics.
Reinhold is known mostly for drawing characters such as The Badger, Punisher, Batman, and Silver Surfer. The bulk of his comic work doing pencils was with the writer Mike Baron. In 1993 they co-created a series called Spyke (comics) that was originally published by Epic/Marvel.
