About Vicente Cifuentes

Vicente Cifuentes was born in Albacete, Spain. He has made several independent stories for MegaMultimedia, like 'El Péndulo' (1998), 'El Crucifijo' (1998), 'Los Cazadores de Vientos' (1999), and 'Alise' (2000). Also for MegaMultimedia, he has worked as an inker on titles like 'The Prisoner' (pencils by Sergio Bleda) and as an artist on 'Ursula Aprende' (1999-2000). For Sulaco Ediciones, he has adapted a story by Alan Moore for Magical Mystery Moore, which was also published in the USA by Avatar Press. For Dude Comics, he has inked the series 'Anthem', written by Roy Thomas and pencilled by Jorge Santamaría. He was also present at Nutopía with the comic book 'Albedrack: Lecciones de Vuelo' (script by Jose A. Fideu, 2001) and at La Cúpula with 'Dias Malos' (script by Juan García, 2002). Cifuentes has drawn pin-ups with Marvel characters for Planeta DeAgostini, and cooperated as an inker with Jorge Santamaría and Carlos Rodríguez on the review Dolmen.
