About Jytéry

Jytéry divides his time by drawing comics, illustrations and storyboards. His first comic book was 'Le Lien - Seigneur Quatre' with Gemini for Soleil Productions in 1997. He subsequently worked with Rodolphe between 2001 and 2005 on new 'Arlequin' stories for Joker Editions, based on the characters created by Jean Van Hamme and Dany. He then turned to creating humorous series for the publishing houses Bamboo and Zéphyr with Christophe Cazenove. These include 'Plan Drague' (Bamboo, 2007-08), 'Les Héros Navals' (Zéphyr, 2009-11) and 'Les Animaux marins en bande dessinée' (Bamboo, from 2013). Zéphyr also released 'Airport', a comic he made with Pierre Veys in 2011. As a storyboard artist, he has participated in a number of animated TV series, including the 'Ninja Turtles', 'Le Petit Poucet', 'Paddington' and 'Archie'. His illustrations have appeared in Pif Gadget. Text (c) Lambiek
