Here is Tetsuo on his thrown and drunk on his new found power just before he realizes the what it will cost him and the horror to unfold. I am hoping to get a background recreated for this to present this cel better.

Katsuhiro Ōtomo (大友・克洋, Ōtomo Katsuhiro?) est un dessinateur de manga, scénariste et réalisateur de films d'animation. Il est né le 14 avril 1954 (63 ans) dans la préfecture de Miyagi, au Japon. Il est notamment l'auteur d'Akira, de son adaptation en anime et de Steamboy.
