About Christian Papazoglakis

Born in Brussels, Christian Papazoglakis co-founded the Artzoo art group in 1989, and contributed to the Hécatombes collectives between 1995 and 1999. A member of Studio Graton from 1998 to 2009, he has cooperated on the albums of 'Michel Vaillant' (starting with album 61) and 'Dossier Michel Vaillant'. He is also active in the advertising field, and makes commercial comics. Besides these activities, he has made two books in the series 'Bijoux de Famille' with Nicola Witko at Les Requins Martaux in 2001 and 2002. Graton Editeur launched the collection Essai Libre in 2007, in which Papazoglakis published his automotive graphic novel 'La Station Indienne'. He teamed up with his Graton colleagues Robert Paquet and Nedzad Kamenica to launch Studio paKap, through which they have been producing their graphics, comics and illustration work since 2010. This includes several comics for the Glénat collection Plein Gaz, such as the series 'Chapman' and 'Harry Octane', and the one-shots '24 Heures du Mans', 'Ayrton Senna', 'Alpine' and 'Sebring 70 - la 12ème heure'.
