Sir William Gull and his sidekick John Netley in heavy rain on their London tour. This speciality painting seems to be a riff on the second panel in page 25, chapter 4, as shown in the additional scan. London obscurantist atmosphere deluxe!

About Eddie Campbell
Eddie Campbell is a Scottish comics artist and cartoonist who now lives in Australia. Probably best known as the illustrator and publisher of From Hell (written by Alan Moore), Campbell is also the creator of the semi-autobiographical Alec stories.
