Thomas Noland is a series of historical comics drawn by the Belgian Franz and written by the French Daniel Pecqueur. Published from October 1982 in Charlie Mensuel, it was the subject of five albums published between 1984 and 1998 by Dargaud.
This "ambitious" series1 traces the history of the United States in the 20th century through Thomas Noland, an American soldier sent to fight in Vietnam, his father Trevor, his grandfather Timothy and his great-grandfather Telemachus.
