Although Éric Puech was educated as an industrial draftsman at the Camélias School in Paris, he eventually chose the comics profession. While making illustrations for Les Nouvelles Littéraires, he created his first comic 'Truckstop' in France-Routiers. From 1986 he became one of the main artists for USA Magazine, where he created numerous short stories.
