A polarizing figure in the comic art world. His work can be both ugly and beautiful at the same time. This is a piece from later in his career that is very well designed.

About Georges Pichard
One of the main representatives of the adult comic strip of his time, Pichard especially liked to depict fleshy women facing adversity, such as Blanche Épiphanie, Ténébrax and Paulette, based on scripts by Georges Wolinski. It was this series, published for years in the first pages of Charlie Mensuel, that really made him known in France.
