About Paul Gillon

Paul Gillon is a French comic book illustrator and scriptwriter. Very early on, he specialised in the so-called realist genre, with a predilection for historical adventure stories and science fiction. He drew for a number of newspapers including France-Soir, Vaillant, Le Journal de Mickey, Pif Gadget and Métal Hurlant. Paul Gillon won the Grand Prix de la Ville d'Angoulême in 1982.
