Zep made this as a present for Craig Thompson.
It refers to a Christmas card Zep and Craig Thompson drew together. I assume it's the one they made for - the now unfortunately defunct - Librairie Raspoutine in Lausanne, Switzerland (see extra images).

About Zep
Zep, whose real name is Philippe Chappuis, is a Swiss comic book author, best known for his series Titeuf. He took the pseudonym "Zep" in homage to Led Zeppelin, his favourite band.
