Greg Land attended Indiana State University and had his first job at a screen printing firm. He did his first comic book work with the independent publisher StormQuest. He then joined DC Comics where he illustrated the covers for 'Birds of Prey'. Between 2001 and 2004, he was a regular artist on 'Sojourn' for CrossGen. At Marvel, he started out as a cover artist, but eventually worked 'X-Men: Phoenix - Endsong' (with Greg Pak), 'Ultimate Fantastic Four' and 'Ultimate Power'.
