Ce doit être le second dessin que m'a fait Jean-Claude MEZIERES à l'occasion de notre première rencontre. J'avais reçu un magnifique VALERIAN réalisé à l'encre de chine au dos d'un bleu de coloriage, ce qui m'a poussé à demander un GOUMOUN. Aurais-je dû demander LAURELINE ?...

Jean-Claude Mézières is a French comic strip artist and illustrator. He is the father of the science fiction series Valérian et Laureline, with a childhood friend, Pierre Christin (scriptwriter), and his sister, Évelyne Tranlé (colourist). Mézières has received international recognition through a number of prestigious awards.
