This pin-up and ad splash is just adorable. Spidey is here to try to promote all 4 of his titles that are featured in that month. Of course, Doc Ock has other ideas. Check out the bottom of the page that has the headings for all the titles. So very charming. It’s better than most covers but a heck of a lot less expensive.
