This is the original art to The PUNISHER :EMPTY QUARTER 1994 OGN written by Mike Baron.
It features the PUNISHER in The Rub' al Khali or "Empty Quarter" in the Arabian Peninsula attending the "First World International Terrorist Convention".
The artwork is penciled and inked (india ink) with pen and brush on 3 ply Strathmore bristol paper by Bill Reinhold. This is LARGE ART (old Marvel bleed size art) with an image area of 11 3/4" X 16 1/2" drawn on 13 1/2" X 20 1/4".

A propos de Bill Reinhold
Bill Reinhold naquit à Chicago en 1955. Bill avait la détestable habitude de griffonner des armées de guerriers futuristes dans les marges de ses livres. Il s’inscrivit donc aux Beaux Arts de Chicago, pépinière des professionnels de la Bd. Ses premiers dessins furent publiés par Charlton Comics. Après Justice Machine, édité en 1981 par Texas Comics, il réalisa Badger. Artisan méticuleux, bill est fasciné par les détails. Il a une maîtrise totale de l’anatomie et des décors, mais il ne dessinera pas une machine sans documentation photographique.
