Maurizio Santoro produced artwork for several pulp comic books published in Italy in the 1970s and 1980s. He contributed to Orror (Edifumetto, 1977-1979), Storie Nere and Storie Nere Gigante (Publistrip, 1977-1982). He was the artist of 'Agenzia Viaggi' by Ediperiodici (1987-1988) and of two issues in the series 'Missions' by Fumetti d'Arte (1987). He has also drawn the spaghetti western 'Kociss' by Editrice Ellepi.
