RASMUS KLUMP was created for children by the Danish wife and husband team Carla and Vilhelm Hansen. From the very beginning in the newspaper Berlingske Aftenavis in 1951, Rasmus Klump was a success. Just four years later he was featured in 120 newspapers in 21 different countries. Rasmus was renamed Petzi, Pol, Rasmus Nalle or other variations in the different foreign languages it was translated.
